Virtual Psychosocial Workshops

This practice emerged during the COVID-19 quarantine at the end of 2020, when it became evident to us that people felt an existential emptiness, without a purpose and had a compelling need not to feel alone. We decided to develop new ways for people in the community to communicate with others, in a virtual connection. With growing scientific evidence of an increase in mental disorders such as anxiety, depression, and stress, among others, and the misinformation surrounding these conditions leading to insecurity, uncertainty and frustration by postponing or not pursuing individual ideals, we knew we had to act. That is why the foundation, by identifying these situations, has built a virtual space for all types of populations. This platform allows us to inform, guide and create self-care habits for mental health with our multi-disciplinary team of professionals in psychology and psychosocial therapies, in order to improve the quality of life.
